SophCyte® Taihang is a fully automated multi-channel magnetic sorting instrument based on magnetic separation technology. It is suitable for sorting various cells such as T cells, NK cells, and hematopoietic stem cells.
● It meets the requirements of sterile sorting, using paramagnetic microbeads with a diameter of ≤50nm, and antibodies are directly or indirectly coupled to the microbeads. The microbeads are biodegradable and non-toxic to cells, and the sorted cells retain their complete cellular structure and function.
●After magnetic sorting, over 99% of the cells exhibit no change in FSC/SSC position, making them suitable for analysis and subsequent experiments
● After sorting, the purity of the cells can reach 95%, the recovery rate is over 90%, and the average cell activity is ≥ 95%
● Cells can be directly sorted from buffycoat, and over 10 kinds of XinBio buffycoat sorting magnetic beads are available
● Whole blood can be directly used for sorting, with a total blood volume of ≥ 28mL per sample for single sorting, without the need for red blood cell lysis or density gradient centrifugation
● Use sorting column method for sorting, sample loading by robotic arm, standardized pipetting, automatic labeling, mixing, column loading, and elution
● Equipped with real-time detection function, it can continuously monitor the real-time status of the instrument, buffer level, and sorting column status, and display them in real time. It can automatically record and display the usage time and sorting frequency of the sorting column
● It can automatically process 6 different samples in sequence at the same time, without the need to replace pipelines and sorting columns between samples
● 2 sorting columns built in, compatible with different sorting modes, can be used for positive sorting or removal sorting; The sorting column can be reused 100 times, and there is no need to replace the sorting column between samples each time
